BSCI 103— The World of Biology
Course Description
An introduction to modern biology for the non-science major. Major
themes include molecular biology, cell biology, evolution and
organismal biology. Relevance of study of biology to modern human life
will be emphasized. Course not acceptable toward degree in College of
Life Sciences. (Sponsoring Dept.: BSCI). For non-science majors general
education credit. Students must pay a $40 lab fee for materials (4
credits).
