My general interests include Integrated Pest Management programs for pests of ornamental plants. My research interests are the identification, biology, and control of armored scale insects. Since retiring in 1994, I have concentrated on the production of books. Currently, I am planning to scan and put online 40 years-worth of insect illustrations (Scientific American style) by F. E. Wood and me.
